    About

    I am a basic knitter, not confident enough to try anything with fancy stitches or shaping. I picked out this pattern to knit for myself knowing I would be 6 weeks resting after a foot operation.
    I showed my partner the pattern before ordering the wool & he said he would like it for himself, but had to be black.
    Pattern was very easy to knit & was finished in no time. Then he had the idea of lining it in red satin look material.
    That was not so easy. I used the individual knitted sections as templates, which was a nightmare because they are quite big. After a lot of huffing & puffing it came together. Not a professional job, but he seems happy with it. If I do another one ( his sister has hinted that she wants one) I won't be lining it.
